Christopher Johnson entered the United States Marines right out of high school. After completing his four-year active military contract, he entered religious life with the Capuchin Franciscan Friars of Pittsburgh, PA. Through his formation with the Capuchins, Christopher graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia with a major in Philosophy. After graduating from La Salle he spent time in Puerto Rico helping with the relief efforts from Hurricane Maria before entering graduate school. He earned a Masters degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. He is currently employed full-time with Vermont Catholic Charities and is in the last stage of supervision before he gains an independent State licensure.
